a. Requirement specification waiting for development

d. Creating overall document in French, apart from English, for legal approvalCorrect answer is D.
In Lean and Agile, documentation is just enough, just in time and whenever it is necessary. In the present case, for legal approval, document has to be in French language, otherwise our product cannot be approved. Therefore, it is necessary and not the form of waste.
