During the first iteration, the team estimated to complete 5 user stories. Development part of each user story is estimated at 3 story points and testing part is estimated at 2 story points. By the end of the iteration, team developed and tested 4 user stories and developed the fifth user story but could not test it. What was your team’s velocity for the first iteration?
a. 15
b. 20
c. 23
d. 25Correct answer is B.
In Agile, velocity is calculated on basis of completed user stories. Impartial work doesn’t contribute towards the velocity.
