Sara (Buyer’s Project Manager) discussed with Maria (Seller’s Project Manager) about the change in one of the deliverable. Both of them agreed upon the change. Buyer and Seller are supposed to be bound by the contract. If the change is required then contract should be updated and agreed upon by both the parties and only then that change is supposed to be made in the deliverable.
