Sara (Buyer’s Project Manager) discussed with Maria (Seller’s Project Manager) about the change in one of the deliverable. Both of them agreed upon the change. However, few months later, when the deliverable was completed, that change was missing. When Sara checked the contract, she could not find it. Which of the following best describes the situation?

    a. Contract change is required to accommodate the change in the deliverable
    b. Updated specification version is required to accommodate the change in the deliverable
    c. If it is agreed upon with Sara then Maria should implement the change
    d. Maria should apologize and implement the change now

    Correct answer is A.

Buyer and Seller are supposed to be bound by the contract. If the change is required then contract should be updated and agreed upon by both the parties and only then that change is supposed to be made in the deliverable.
