During the middle of the project, Project Manager realizes that some part of the work is not captured in WBS. In order to accommodate it, Project Manager had to raise change request. What would be the best option to do as a result of this situation?
a. Revisit the WBS
b. Add reserve in the project budget
c. Extend the timeline of the project
d. Inform CCB that such change request may come againCorrect answer is A.
In such situation, it is better to revisit the WBS and check if more scope is missing or not.
