Jones, team member, shared with Sara, Scrum Master, that he gets too many calls from the stakeholders on a daily basis, which is preventing him to concentrate on his work. How Sara can best remove this impediment to Jones’ progress?
a. Implement caves and commons policy
b. Ask stakeholders to contact her instead of directly calling team members
c. Include lesser amount of work in the Sprint Backlog to accomodate such distractions
d. Implement the policy where team members would not take any call during certain durations of the dayCorrect answer is D.
Best option is to implement the policy to take no call during certain durations to minimize interruptions. Caves and Commons cannot prevent calls and taking lesser amount of work in the sprint backlog would not resolve the problem completely.
