Maria is working as the Scrum Master of the project. During a sprint review, Gerrard, Project Sponsor, was not happy with the deliverable and scolded the team but gives no constructive feedback. What would be the best way for Maria to respond in this situation?
a. Discuss with Gerrard to create and encourage safe environment
b. Discuss with product owner to update the product backlog

Teams work best when they have safe environment to experiment and are allowed to make mistakes. Scrum Master should try to enforce such environment.
