After checking variances in the schedule, Project Manager raised the change request in respective areas to the change control board and got it approved. What is the NEXT thing to do?
a. Check the impact on cost and scope
b. Notify stakeholders affected by the change
c. Check again with change control board if any other approval is required
d. Change the WBSCorrect answer is B.
Once the change is approved or rejected, it is better to inform the stakeholders affected by it.
