Steve had been assigned as the developer for the Work Package ABC. When David, Project Manager, was reviewing the overall work, he found that Steve is doing it differently as mentioned in the WBS dictionary. What should Steve do first in this situation?
a. Check if the alternative way will change the scope of the the work package ABC
b. Check with the team if Steve is doing right or not
c. Check if the alternative way is requested by the functional manager

First thing to check is if the overall scope of the work package is same or not . Team members have got some flexibility to do work if they are not changing the scope of the work package.
