Sara is the Scrum Master for the Project ABC. Rohan, development team member, developed one feature in his spare time and then discussed with Maria, Product Owner, to show the usefulness of this feature. However, Maria rejected the feature which cause some conflict between Maria and Rohan. How should Sara handle this situation?
