b) It will be harder to use reward power

d) Conflicts can be increased with the increase in project priorities.The correct answer is A.
Having more resources does not generally make it HARDER to use reward power (choice B). Choice C is an incorrect statement. Choice D does not make sense, so it cannot be the correct answer. This leaves only choice A.
