Need clarification regarding these answers. My choice is highlighted as .

A. Estimate the project team’s capacity. 
B. Determine how much work can be delivered.
C. Calculate how much work will fit into the next iteration.

A. Encourage all team members to participate, and have them type their retrospective feedback into the agile lifecycle management tool.

First items are estimated in the backlog and after that velocity and iteration goal etc. are decided.

In order to give proper opportunity to everyone, it is better to first write and share opinions individually so that everyone’s viewpoint is taken into consideration. During discussion also, Scrum Master should check everyone gets the opportunity to speak by implementing round robin or other methods.

717. Question is not proper. It depends upon the time when this has happenes. If the sprint is completed then organize retrospective meeting else impediments can be noted down during standup and then scrum master can discuss more or act upon them after meeting.
