An agile team was performing very well till the fourth iteration. However, due to some unforseen situations, it was not able to complete any storiy in the fifth iteration. How this situation will effect the burndown chart?
a. Slope of the burdown chart will become negative
b. Slope of the burdown chart will become zero
c. Slope of the burdown chart will become positive
d. Since the situation was unforseen so fifth iteration would be cancelledCorrect answer is B.
Since zero story points are completed so the burdown graph would become flat. Thus slope would become zero.
