An organization has recently adopted Agile and selected pilot project to execute it through Agile way. Team brainstorms as what all needs to be done and then come up with customized way which would best suit the project. What is wrong with this approach?
a. As Agile supports process tailoring so this situation is completely normal.
b. Organization should have hired external Agile coach and then he/she should have customized it.
c. Team should follow Agile process as it is for few projects and then customize it.
d. Along with team, senior management should have been involved in customization.Correct answer is C.
Agile mentions that first Team needs to understand the Agile processes and practices, their dependencies over one another, why they should be done before making any changes to it.
