An Agile team is conducting retrospective session. They are deciding what can be done in the upcoming sprints to improve their performance. All of the followings can be useful to them except:
a. Short Subjects
b. Smart Goals
c. Circle of Questions
d. Plus/DeltaCorrect answer is D.
Since the team is deciding what to do in the upcoming sprint, therefore, they are in the “Decide what to do” phase. Plus/Delta is being used in the Close Retrospective phase. All others are used in the “Decide what to do” phase.
