In the project ABC, Simon (customer) asked for aluminum bars whereas the team think that steel bars would better serve the overall project. Kiara, Product Owner, discussed with Simon but Simon ask for aluminum bars only. What should Kiara do in this situation?
a. Raise the issue to her senior management
b. Discuss again with Simon at later point of time
c. Use aluminum bars instead of steel bars
d. Use steel bars instead of aluminum barsCorrect answer is C.
Product Owner should discuss pros and cons with customer but finally follow customer’s request. Since Kiara discussed with Simon and Simon gave confirmation for aluminum bars so she should use aluminum bars only.
