During Monitor Stakeholder Engagement process, why do we require issue log?
A. To resolve issues as they occur
B. To place issues from issue log to change log
C. To analyze issues that can be termed as risks
D. Issue log contains information on new issued identified and current issues that are resolved. It helps monitoring overall project stakeholder relationships
Option A is done during Manage Stakeholder Engagement process. Option B doesn’t make any sense. Option C doesn’t occur in Monitor Stakeholder Engagement process.
