    Correct answer is C.

In agile, there is product review meeting at the end of every iteration. In this meeting, customer checks if the developed product satisfy their requirements or some changes are required. Often in knowledge work projects, true requirements are different from initial requirements. These review meetings help in converging initial requirements with true requirements and eventually customer gets what does he wants at the end of the project.
