The team has adopted Agile to execute the current project. The team has identified a severe problem in the module A that can only be addressed by John. How should the team manage this situation?

Agile team collectively owns all the project features. As it is the severe issue, therefore, before making change, it would be better to analyze all available information and add it in the product backlog list at the appropriate place so that the team can pick up in the iteration backlog accordingly.
