Sara is the Scrum Master of the team. For the past 2 sprints, she analysed that the development team is not able to complete the user stories they committed for the respective sprints. While finding out the root cause during retrospective meeting, Sara found that the development team gets frequent request to provide support for the already released software which hinders their ongoing work. What should she do next ?
a. Discuss with Product Owner and the development team and add maintenance tasks in the product and sprint backlogs
b. Ask team to commit to lesser amount of work to handle such requests
c. Create a separate team to handle after release support requests

All such requests should be estimated, prioritized and added to the product backlog so that it can be included in the sprint backlog based upon priority.
