Maria, Product Owner, with the help to development team prepares the list of risky items. Maria just begin the role of Product Owner. She approached Sara, Scrum Master, on how to manage risky items. What Sara should recommend to Maria?
a. Wait till more information becomes available
b. Implement risky items as early as possible
c. In any given iteration there should be mixture of risky and non-risky items
d. Delay the implementation of risky items so that if information comes not to implement it then drop those items.Correct answer is B.
In Agile, risky items should be implemented as early as possible. This helps to address riskier items early in the project and if in case it is not possible to implement it then we can conclude early whether to proceed with the project or not.
