Daniel is working as the Scrum Master of the Project ABC. Sameera is senior member working on the project. Daniel found that Sameera’s manager asks her to support previous project occasionally. Scrum Team should be fully dedicated to the project on which they are working upon. Since Project switching is kind of waste and if Sameera is getting work for previous project too so chances are there that the current project may suffer, if not now then may be in the future. Daniel, being the scrum master, should protect his team from the distractions and discuss the situation with Sameera’s manager that let her fully dedicated to the Project ABC only.
