    In the retrospective meeting, an Agile team discussed few improvement points. They implemented those points it in the next sprint. This helped the team to increase the amount of work they were doing in the given period of time. Out of the followings what would definitely not be the reason for it?

    a. Duration to complete the work is reduced
    b. Amount of work being done is increased
    c. New members are added to the team
    d. Smaller user stories are picked

    Correct answer is D.

    Cycle Time = WIP / Throughput. Throughput can be increased by increasing WIP or decreasing Cycle Time or adding more members to the team so that more work can be done in the given period of time. Size of user stories doesn’t matter as team will be able to complete story points corresponding to their velocity in the sprint.
