After the completion of the sprint 3, Maria (Product Owner) released the product in the market. Maria received query from the business team that there are few defects in the product. What would be the best way to handle this scenario?

    a. Maria should add those defects in the form of user stories in the product backlog and prioritize it.
    b. As the product is already in the market, Maria should add those defects in the form of user stories in the product backlog and fix them immediately in the next sprint.
    c. Maria should ask development team to fix defects and release the product immediately without waiting for product backlog refinement.
    d. Maria should add extra resources in the testing to ensure defects should not escape next time.

As per Scrum, any change request (new requirement, defects) should go to the Product Backlog and then it should be prioritized by the Product Owner. If it critical enough then it can be prioritized accordingly so that it can be developed in the upcoming sprint.
