Agile promotes stakeholder collaboration, which can be seen in its third value (“Customer collaboration over contract negotiation”) and its fourth principle (“Business people and developers must work together daily throughout the project”). Collaboration succeeds in all of the following situations except:

As per Lyssa Adkins “Green Zone, Red Zone” model, collaboration flourishes when the team members are in Green zone. Collaboration becomes a big challenge when the team members are in Red zone. In the above choices, focussing on short term only is red zone behavior. In order to improve collaboration, team members should focus on both short term and long term.
