    Sara is the Scrum Master of the team. For the past 2 sprints, she analysed that the development team is not able to complete the user stories they committed for the respective sprints. While finding out the root cause during retrospective meeting, Sara found that the development team gets frequent request to provide support for the already released software which hinders their ongoing work. What should she do next ?
