    During retrospective, team list down goal for the upcoming sprint to improve their performance. They goal is to reduce the time taken for the release process within the next sprint. Few team members already did it while working in another projects. What is the main problem with this improvement goal?

    Any type of goal should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely). In this case, improvement goal is time bound (need to implement in next sprint), attainable (few team members already did it in other projects), and specific (reduce the time taken for release process). This is not measurable because it is not mentioned by how much time release process should be reduced.
