    A. Senior stakeholders are required to be highly engaged in order to clear away any obstacles to success. This engagement is called supportive.

    C. Senior stakeholders are required to be neutral to allow the project manager to complete planning without any hindrance.

    Choice A is partially correct because the name of this engagement is leading, not supportive. Therefore D is the correct choice. In fact the engagement required at the beginning is ‘Leading’. After that it should be ‘Supportive’. Later, stakeholder need to review and sign off the work and deliverables as the work gets completed from phase to phase.
