‘Management skills’ is a technique used in Manage Stakeholder Engagement, not Monitor Stakeholder Engagement. In Monitor Stakeholder Engagement, we use 3 techniques:
    1) Information Management Systems- help us distribute information on project performance about cost, schedule progress, and performance. Are stakeholders properly engaged? How information management system can help us know? How information management systems help us close the gaps if they are not properly engaged?
    2) Expert judgment- as project progresses, new stakeholders may be added. Expert judgment is used to develop a comprehensive identification and listing of new stakeholders and reassessment of current stakeholders. This is done to replan strategies to ensure proper engagement and remove gaps.
    3) Meetings- we conduct status review meetings to review information about stakeholder engagement.
