    There are 4 classification models:
     Power/interest grid- grouping the stakeholders on power and interest
     Power/influence grid- grouping stakeholders on power and influence (active involvement)
     Influence/impact grid- grouping stakeholder on influence (active involvement) and impact (ability to effect changes to project’s planning or execution)
     Salience model- grouping stakeholders based on their power, urgency, and legitimacy.
    Power= ability to impose will. Urgency= need for immediate action. Legitimacy = their
    involvement is appropriate.
